Course Overview
This short course offers a broad introduction to laboratory testing of recycled fibers or paper made from recycled fiber for research and production quality control purposes. It covers all the TAPPI standard methods that are used for testing a variety of paper properties. It also covers a paper recyclability certification testing procedure at WMU Pilot Paper Plant.
This course is designed for new engineers and technicians in the pulp and paper and related industries and newcomers to the field of paper recycling.
